Very friendly staff, nice new hotel, fantastic superior rooms, where the giant TV provided an extra experience. Due to its central location, it was within walking distance to everything, and the parking garage next to it was convenient.

The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly attentive and proactive in assisting with all my needs. They effortlessly arranged taxis from and to the airport, making my travel seamless, and even provided a power adapter when I realized I had forgotten mine. Their local knowledge was invaluable as they gave me excellent food recommendations, ensuring I experienced the best of what the area had to offer. Every interaction felt personalized and genuine, making me feel warmly welcomed and well cared for. This level of service made my stay memorable and stress-free, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Superior room was surprisingly spacious. Even the bathroom had plenty of space, with double vanity units! Room not too hot nor cold, just right. Water kettle, with coffee/tea servings was a nice touch. The elevators were super fast. Hotel page advertises public parking garage (€1.5/hour), right next to hotel building, but we opted to take the spot on the street parking nearby, which was free of charge since it was weekend. Hotel lobby, dining area, and caffe were all pleasant and cozy. This is our to go hotel from now on.

Very tasteful breakfast with a lot of different food. From 5 types of cereals, 5+ fruits, 5+ breads, eggs, sausages, cheeses... Also a fresh juice, coffee and different teas. Clean room, parking garage that connects directly to hotel reception lobby through few corridors.

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite. The suite was of a good size and very clean and provided seating and a coffee table, the suite was warm and the bed and pillows were really comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was superior than we have had in some five star hotels with lots of choice. The hotel was kept very clean. The location is fantastic for public transport which is excellent for getting around the city. The staff were very efficient, helpful and informative and attended to our every need and even managed to accommodate my partners food allergy We enjoyed our say immensely.

Easy to find, nice and helpful stuff, dogfriendly hotel, guiet room, looked beautiful and was spacious, quick elevator, possible to park in street without fee at weekends + pleanty of places to park, possibility to walk dogs nearby, comfortable bed and pillows, real blanket (not thin), TV channels in English also and fridge in the room. I really liked my room and it had all we needed. I and dogs had really great sleep after exhausting show day. Plenty of choices for breakfast.

The hotel must have been recently renovated - so everything was new. The room had everything I needed, it was clean and quiet, had comfy bed, fast internet, good bathroom. Breakfast was at an extra cost, but very good value (€10). The staff were very friendly.
