We weren't in a rush in Zagreb, and staying 2 km away from the downtown area allowed us to enjoy a quiet, less touristy neighborhood while still being able to reach major spots either on foot or by taking tram 13. The room was spacious, but we found it a bit dim even after turning on all the lights. The restaurant, open from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM, became a reliable option for dinner during our stay. At 28 euros per person, it was slightly more expensive than expected, but the warm dishes and soups (similar to what you’d find at a Chinese eatery) were a hit with my friends. Getting to Zagreb Airport took about 20-30 minutes and cost around 22 euros via Uber, which is affordable for a group or business travelers. However, public transport might not be the most convenient option, as it doesn't operate frequently between the hotel and the airport and requires interchange.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade from a standard room to a superior one — a much more spacious and airy room that made a big difference in terms of comfort. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, contributing to a relaxing and restful experience overall. The hotel itself has a modern, elegant design and a very calm atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Although the hotel is located about a 20–30 minute walk from the city center, we actually enjoyed the walk — it allowed us to discover local neighborhoods and experience a more authentic side of Zagreb. In short, it was a great stay, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!

we booked two rooms with triple beds. Unfortunately the hotel couldn't give us the rooms we booked because it was already taken, they have made a mistake in the booking. Instead, we got three rooms with two beds in each room. For us, this was a big problem because with kids, this was not a good solution. The hotel apologised and offered us a free breakfast + free parking as a recompense. The stuff was extremely friendly, lovely and nice so we accepted. The rooms were very clean and the beds sooo comfortable 👌

It was a late night booking (arrived after midnight because of treffic) and the room we booked was already gone (due to some glitch between booking and hotel) but they upgraded us to 2 seperate but better rooms. Rooms we were given were great, comfortable and spacious. Very clean. Parking available (for extra charge). Staff was very friendly and helpfull to get everything done in fastest possible time. Rooms were mostly quiet.
